Into the trees….

Royal portrait artists Dan Llywellyn Hall reveals his lifelong passion for trees

David Parr House in Gwydir street

In this edition

Royal Portrait artist Dan Llywellyn Hall hosts a new exhibition    ‘Armor Arborum: Trees in heritage and protest’ where we tussle with restless branches bearing perhaps new ideas over where we stand with significant trees which we encounter.

We drop into David Parr house to look at Heatwave in the Antarctic by Artist Tadek Beutlich and find out about another facet of Cambridge’s fascinating past.

..and we visit the Affordable Art Fair in Fitzroy street and talk to the The arts Lab’s artists on reviving the city sector of the arts scene ….and taking its lead from pre-pandemic Changing spaces to provide new places to hang and sell art and also generate creative activity for children in Cambridge.
